What the form sends
The quote form collects your first name, last name, phone, email, service address, pool type, and an optional note. Phone and email are required. The site server sends that information to Zotley, which creates a recurring quote request. No card number is collected on this site.
No raw card data
This site does not request, transmit, or store a credit-card number. Any payment enrollment happens through a hosted payment provider.
